Product Onboarding Due Diligence: Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements for selected product categories during onboarding.

Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with the wider marketplace team across the Group.

Post-Live Monitoring: Monitor live marketplace listings, removing products as needed. Clearly explain decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing documented processes and procedures.

Investigations and Compliance: Investigate issues arising from customer complaints, reviews, and interactions with verified sellers.
Assess technical information and take appropriate action. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations in various territories. -
Corrective Actions and Support: Assist with corrective actions and follow up to ensure implementation.
